Our client is looking to strengthen their team with an experienced SHEQ Manager to drive continual improvement across safety, health, environmental and quality performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive SHEQ Manager who enjoys working closely with operational teams, providing practical guidance and developing a positive safety culture.

SHEQ Manager Key Essentials:
- Reporting to senior management, as SHEQ Manager your role will involve overseeing safety, health, environmental and quality performance across multiple projects
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure company procedures and client requirements are understood and consistently implemented
- Conducting site inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are completed
- Supporting the preparation and review of risk assessments, method statements and construction phase plans
- Leading incident investigations, identifying root causes and sharing lessons learnt throughout the business
- Maintaining and improving integrated management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Supporting external audits, company accreditations and client assurance reviews
- Delivering toolbox talks, briefings and training to improve awareness and encourage positive behaviours
- Monitoring performance, identifying trends and providing clear reports to senior management
- Supporting pre-qualification questionnaires and tender submissions with relevant SHEQ information
SHEQ Manager Requirements:
- Qualified with NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
- Experience maintaining integrated management systems for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 and supporting internal and external audits
- Ability to provide practical advice and build effective relationships with site teams, clients and senior management
- Strong incident investigation, reporting and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
