Job Description
Our client is a well-established main contractor.
We are assisting them in their search for an out of hours Site Manager for a high-end commercial Cat B office fit-out across two floors, located in Liverpool Street. The value of the project is £5m.
This is out of hours work which will include nights, weekends and backshifts.
The successful candidate for this role must be able to ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards. You will be reporting into the project manager and you will be responsible for running the floors.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering commercial fit-out projects for a main contractor, with a similar job value.
