I am looking for Lettings and Senior Lettings Consultants, and those looking to get into the industry. If you are confident, happy to be client facing and keen to build a career then one of the options we have will suit you.
Duties:
- Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements
- Make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent and landlords
- Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants
- Conduct periodic inspections of our rental properties
- Undertake property valuations
- Present our company services to landlords
