Project Manager - Data Centres

Conrad Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to join a team delivering projects for a data centre client in London.

This opportunity would suit a project management professional with experience delivering data centre projects or working within technically complex environments, including utilities, power, substations or complex MEP fit-outs.

You will support the successful delivery of projects, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress and ensuring that project objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities are expected to include:

• Coordinating project activities, programmes and deliverables.
• Managing relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks and resolving delivery issues.
• Supporting programme, cost and quality management.
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting on project performance.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

You will have:

• Experience in project management within construction or the built environment.
• Ideally, previous data centre project experience.
• Alternatively, experience in utilities, power, substations or complex MEP fit-outs.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a technically demanding environment.
