Facades Manager

Location: Liverpool L3

Start: ASAP

Duration: Until Apr/May 2027

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing construction sites, ideally within fa ade installation
• A strong background in high-end residential construction.
• SMSTS certification (or equivalent).
• A valid CSCS card.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations.
• Subcontractor/labour management.
• Planning all materials and deliveries ahead of time.
• Ensuring all paperwork is in order
• Reporting to directors on a daily/weekly basis.
• Programme management; long term and short term.

• Facades: 2 years (required)
• Site management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (required)
• SMSTS (required)
• Driving Licence and access to vehicle (preferred)
