They're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working on high-quality residential schemes where attention to detail and strong commercial management are essential.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in high-end residential who wants to be involved in quality projects, work alongside an experienced team and continue developing their career within a specialist contractor.

What they're looking for:

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within high-end or super prime residential construction.

• A strong understanding of subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations and cost control.

• Experience managing commercial packages and maintaining accurate cost reporting.

• Good contractual knowledge and the ability to identify commercial risks.

• Someone commercially switched-on, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
