Site Manager (RC Frame)

Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager with strong RC Frame experience to join a major residential redevelopment project in London, delivering 260 new homes across five buildings ranging from six to fourteen storeys.

The scheme involves the transformation of an existing structure into high-quality, affordable accommodation, with new amenity areas and commercial spaces. The project combines complex structural refurbishment, reinforced concrete frame repairs and strengthening works with new superstructure construction.

The Project

• 260 residential units across five buildings, ranging from 6 to 14 storeys.

• RC frame experience is essential, including structural concrete repairs and strengthening works.

• Targeted demolition and column strengthening to support the new superstructure.

• Complex refurbishment and extension works to the existing concrete frame.

• Traditional brick fa ade with SFS infill.

• Tight urban site requiring careful logistics, sequencing and coordination.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme.

• Oversee RC frame works, structural alterations and associated subcontractor packages.

• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and site logistics.

• Monitor quality, health and safety, and progress against programme.

• Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers and wider site team.

• Ensure all structural works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-storey residential projects.

• Strong reinforced concrete (RC) frame experience is essential.

• Experience with structural alterations, concrete repairs or frame strengthening would be highly advantageous.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

• Strong subcontractor management and programme delivery skills.
