You ve almost certainly eaten what they make, and probably this week. It s a big, high-volume site making household-name brands, owned by a business that takes food safety seriously. It also backs the people who run quality instead of just asking them to sign things off.

They need a Site Quality Manager to own quality across the whole site. That doesn t mean sitting in an office polishing the HACCP plan. It means being on the floor, being seen, and being the person production comes to before there s a problem, not after.

What you d be doing:

• Leading the site s quality team and the culture behind it, so quality is something the whole site does, not just your department
• Keeping the site audit-ready every day, whether it s BRCGS, customer audits or retailer visits
• Handling complaints, root cause analysis and CAPA properly, so the same issue doesn t keep coming back
• Working with Ops, Engineering, Hygiene and NPD as an equal partner, not as the department of no
• Using data to spot trends early and push continuous improvement
• Developing your team, because good people want to know where they re heading next

What they re looking for:

• Quality management experience in food manufacturing, ideally on a high-volume, multi-line site
• Solid knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS and retailer standards
• Someone who can get a room on side, from the shop floor to the senior leadership team
• Level 4 HACCP or equivalent
