Project/Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project / Site Manager to oversee high-end residential construction and refurbishment projects across London.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to Fittra’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations from start through to completion

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and deliveries

• Monitor project programme, progress and quality

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements

• Review drawings, specifications and construction details

• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently

• Communicate with clients, architects and consultants

• Manage snagging, completion and project handover

Requirements

• Proven Project or Site Management experience within UK construction

• Experience delivering high-end residential projects

• Strong technical and practical construction knowledge

• Excellent leadership and organisational skills

• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of UK Health & Safety requirements
