We are looking for an experienced Project / Site Manager to oversee high-end residential construction and refurbishment projects across London. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to Fittra’s quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations from start through to completion Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and deliveries Monitor project programme, progress and quality Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements Review drawings, specifications and construction details Identify and resolve site issues efficiently Communicate with clients, architects and consultants Manage snagging, completion and project handover Requirements Proven Project or Site Management experience within UK construction Experience delivering high-end residential projects Strong technical and practical construction knowledge Excellent leadership and organisational skills Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills Good understanding of UK Health & Safety requirements We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their projects, has strong attention to detail and is committed to delivering work to a high standard.
