An established and successful property investment and management business is looking for an ambitious, hands-on Commercial Property Manager to join its growing team in Stanmore. This is an opportunity to work directly alongside experienced property investors and decision makers, gain valuable exposure to asset management and play an important role in the continued development of the business. We're not looking for someone who knows everything. We're looking for someone with the right experience, attitude and ambition to learn, take ownership and grow. The Role: You'll help manage a predominantly commercial property portfolio, working closely with the directors across day-to-day property management, tenant relationships, financial administration and service charges. A key part of the role will involve helping establish and develop an in-house service charge function, giving you the opportunity to take real ownership of an important area of the business. Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day property matters, tenant enquiries and maintenance issues. Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of service charge budgets, reconciliations and collections. Monitoring rental income, managing arrears and handling credit control. Liaising with tenants, contractors, managing agents and other professional advisers. Coordinating repairs, inspections, compliance and property-related administration. Maintaining accurate lease records, key dates and property management information. Taking increasing responsibility for individual properties as your experience develops. About you: Ideally, you'll already have some experience in commercial or residential property management and be ready for more responsibility. Proactive and hardworking - someone who takes initiative and gets things done. Organised and commercially aware - comfortable juggling priorities, dealing with figures and following things through. Personable and confident - able to build relationships with tenants, clients and colleagues. Practical and adaptable - happy to roll up your sleeves, whether dealing with a complex issue or routine administration. Ambitious and committed - keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career. Why Consider This Opportunity? You'll be joining an established, entrepreneurial property business where your contribution will be recognised, and your development genuinely matters. Rather than being one of many in a large corporate structure, you'll work closely with the people making the decisions, gain broad exposure to commercial property and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. If you're interested and have the relevant experience, apply now. For more information, contact Barry Collins at Collins Property Recruitment. Not for you? Refer someone we successfully place, and we'll give you £300 worth of vouchers.
