What will you be doing?
You'll have the opportunity to get involved across a broad range of Building Surveying services, including:

• Undertaking and leading condition and measured surveys, defect diagnosis and TDD
• Preparing detailed reports, specifications, schedules of work and technical documentation
• Managing project management and contract administration assignments
• Delivering refurbishment, maintenance and capital projects from inception through to completion
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate
• Ensuring projects meet the required quality, health & safety and environmental standards

What are they looking for?
We're keen to hear from Building Surveyors who have:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline, ideally RICS-accredited
• Experience working within a consultancy or similar professional environment
• Strong knowledge of building pathology, construction and statutory compliance
• Experience across project management and contract administration
• Good knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Progress towards, or recently achieved, MRICS status
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your own workload
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or similar software would be advantageous
