An international multidisciplinary Quantity Surveying Construction Consultancy, with an impressive workload, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The partners are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a traditional PQS / Consultancy background to work on their whole variety of residential projects across the Northwest.
Focusing mainly on new-build projects, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage projects and support partners and colleagues in delivering major big money schemes across the North of England.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveying degree
- MRICS - preferred
- UK Cost Management experience
- Residential experience is a bonus
- Strong communication skills and client facing
