This Quantity Surveyor Role Will Include:

Managing project costs, budgets and financial performance.

Preparing and managing monthly CVRs, cost reports and commercial forecasts.

Monitoring project expenditure, margins and cash flow.

The Ideal Quantity Surveyor Will Have:

Experience within the construction industry

Previous experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors

UK Driving license
