Thetford, Norfolk (3 days onsite)
45,000 - 52,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Eden Brown is delighted to be supporting a leading construction and project management consultancy in the search for a Project Manager to join a major public sector delivery programme in Norfolk.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile estate expansion project involving the construction of new facilities alongside the refurbishment and upgrade of existing assets. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the project from inception through to completion, working within a multi-disciplinary team and engaging closely with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support project delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project plans, programmes and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality objectives.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
  • Support project governance, assurance and risk management processes.
  • Administer contracts and manage project delivery under NEC forms of contract.
  • Build effective client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout delivery.


About You

  • Experience delivering construction, property, estates or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong project management background within consultancy, client-side or contractor environments.
  • Previous public sector project experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts and contract administration.
  • Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work as part of a large, multi-disciplinary project team.
  • Understanding of sustainability and carbon reduction considerations within project delivery.
