At Lucion Survey, we re looking for an experienced Measured Building Surveyor to join our team based around Redhill.

What You ll Be Doing
You ll work across a variety of buildings and projects, capturing the detail that designers, clients and project teams rely on.
You ll:
- Carry out accurate measured building surveys across commercial, residential and public-sector projects
- Use modern surveying equipment including laser scanners, total stations and GNSS/GPS
- Capture buildings of all shapes, sizes and complexities
- Process survey data into accurate floor plans, elevations, sections and as-built drawings
- Check, refine and quality-assure survey information before it reaches the client
- Work closely with clients, designers, project managers and the wider survey team
- Help ensure safety, quality and accuracy are maintained on every project
From initial site visit to final deliverable, you ll play a key role in turning physical spaces into reliable information that projects can be built around.
About You
You ll ideally have:
- Experience working as a Measured Building Surveyor
- Practical experience using laser scanners, total stations and GNSS/GPS equipment
- The ability to turn survey data into accurate CAD drawings
- A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to your work
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
- Pride in producing accurate, useful and dependable deliverables
- A full UK driving licence
