Senior Technical Coordinator

Location: North London Residential Developer
We're working with a highly regarded residential developer who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join an established and successful technical team.
This is a role for someone who wants more than simply turning up, doing the job and going home.
We're looking for a driven, ambitious and enthusiastic technical professional who still has plenty of appetite to develop their career and wants to make a real impact. You'll need to be a confident self-starter, comfortable taking ownership and someone who can hit the ground running without needing their hand held.

You'll play a key role in managing the technical delivery of residential developments, working closely with consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are properly coordinated and technical information is delivered accurately and on programme.
Key responsibilities include:

  Managing and coordinating the production of working drawings and technical information.
• 
  Coordinating consultants and ensuring design information is accurate, practical and fully aligned.
• 
  Providing technical input across planning, construction and development stages.
• 
  Reviewing site and planning information and identifying technical and Building Regulation requirements.
• 
  Managing drawing packages, design programmes and procurement information to agreed deadlines.
• 
  Working closely with Construction, Commercial and Sales teams to resolve technical issues and keep projects moving.
• 
  Ensuring NHBC approvals and technical conditions are dealt with promptly.

Technical experience is important, but personality and attitude are absolutely key to this appointment.

You'll ideally already be operating at Senior Technical Coordinator level within residential development, with strong technical knowledge and an understanding of the design and construction process.
