We re looking for a Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our Hazardous Materials team. This is a field-based role covering the South West, with our office based in Cardiff.

The Role
You ll work across a varied range of sites, using your expertise to support safer buildings and better decision-making.
You ll:
- Carry out management, refurbishment, demolition and asbestos-in-ground surveys
- Undertake air monitoring and airborne fibre counting
- Complete 4-stage clearances and inspect remediation works
- Collect site data using a phablet and our award-winning NexGen reporting system
- Work in line with relevant legislation and guidance, including HSG248 and HSG264
- Maintain QHSE documentation and follow internal assurance processes
- Build strong client relationships and provide clear, professional technical advice

About You
You ll ideally have:
- BOHS P402, P403 and/or P404, RSPH equivalents, or a Certificate of Competence
- Working knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264
- A full UK manual driving licence
- Experience working across different sites and environments
- The flexibility to travel and work away when required
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Confidence in your technical judgement and the ability to challenge when something isn t right
