Job Description

A national construction and property consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead a large team, where they will work on an array of project sectors such as, heritage, healthcare, leisure and education.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working in a client facing role, where they would be expected to build new relationships with new clients and maintain existing relationships with pre-existing clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
  • APC focused
  • Good pre and post contract experience
  • Car + driver's license
  • At least 5 years' experience at a PQS consultancy
