Are you a Construction graduate looking to kick-start your career in project delivery?
We're working with an established and growing organisation within the offsite construction sector, delivering innovative new-build projects across the commercial and education markets.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for two ambitious Project Coordinators to join their team in Coventry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across live construction projects, working alongside experienced Project Managers, Designers and delivery teams while developing your career within a fast-growing sector.

What will you be doing?
As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping projects run smoothly from design through to delivery.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting Project Managers, Designers and delivery teams throughout the project life cycle.
Coordinating project information across multiple departments.
Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Assisting with the coordination of design and construction information.
Visiting live project sites across the UK and gaining valuable site experience.
Developing your knowledge of project delivery within the offsite construction industry.

You'll ideally have:
A degree in Construction Management or a related Construction discipline.
An understanding of construction processes, programmes and project delivery.
The ability to read and understand construction and design drawings.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems and software.
A proactive, reliable and professional approach.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence, as UK-wide site travel will be required.

The package includes:
30,000 starting salary
Hybrid working - 3 days in the Coventry office / 2 days remote
25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
