Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join construction consultancy based North of Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a close knit team environment, and enjoys exposure to a varied project portfolio across both traditional QS and Monitoring Surveying work.
Projects are predominantly residential and include:
- New build housing developments
- Residential refurbishment schemes
- Build to rent developments
- High end residential projects
There is also exposure to industrial and healthcare schemes, including projects across the Midlands and North Wales.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a degree / or close to finishing a degree in Quantity Surveying
- Have a strong work ethic
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
The business actively supports APC progression and has a strong track record of promoting from within.
