Site Manager

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver MEICA works across United Utilities schemes in Manchester. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing MEICA works within the water industry.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day MEICA site operations.
• Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinating mechanical, electrical and civils works.
• Liaising with United Utilities and the project management team.
• Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
• Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Monitoring quality and progress against programme.

Site Manager Requirements:

• Black or Gold CSCS.
• SMSTS.
• Previous MEICA experience within the water industry.
• Previous experience working on United Utilities schemes.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and civils works.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements.
• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.
