Help support the safe and efficient management of the UK's highways drainage network.

We're looking for a Water Management Operative who enjoys working as part of a supportive team, learning new skills and contributing to projects that make a difference. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Travel, working away and day/night shifts form part of this varied, hands-on role.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting drainage asset surveys across the UK highway network

Working closely with colleagues to deliver projects safely and efficiently

Learning to use and maintain specialist survey equipment

Following industry standards and safe systems of work

Helping maintain a safe and organised working environment

Building positive relationships with colleagues, customers and members of the public

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, learning new skills and helping others, alongside:

CSCS Operative Card

Full UK driving licence

Commitment to health and safety

Good communication skills

Positive and reliable approach

Flexibility to travel, work away and work day/night shifts when required
