Job Description
A forward-thinking Quantity Surveying team with a new London office is looking to add a MRICS or FRICS Associate Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the current Associate Director.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
Based in the new London office, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will remain hands-on, delivering projects across the high-end residential sector, alongside a diverse range of commercial projects.
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will also take on a client-facing role, while providing technical guidance and support to less experienced Quantity Surveyors within the team and handling day-to-day technical queries.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or FRICS
- Residential and/or commercial project experience
- PQS / Consultancy background
- Senior or Associate level Quantity Surveying experience in the UK
- Comfortable leading projects from inception to completion
- Client facing
