MRICS Building Surveyor
London / Nottingham 45,000 - 60,000 + Benefits Hybrid & Flexible Working
A Building Surveying role with variety, autonomy and room to make your mark.
If you're a Chartered Building Surveyor who enjoys getting stuck into technically interesting work, working directly with clients and having plenty of variety in your workload, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.

You won't be pigeonholed into one area of Building Surveying.
You'll work across a diverse portfolio of residential, healthcare, education, public sector and commercial properties, with project values typically ranging from 25,000 to 250,000+.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your instructions, build long-term client relationships and get involved throughout the project lifecycle - from the initial inspection and diagnosis right through to procurement and delivery.
