Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor who is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing commercial team based in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major public sector (education) development ( 100m+).

The Package:
- Basic salary of 65,000 - 75,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to ensure projects are delivered to budget
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Work closely with the supply chain

Requirements:
- Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor
- Experience dealing with / managing final accounts
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Industry related qualification

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor ranging from 10mm - 20m.
