Site Manager (Re-roofing Project)
4Site are looking for a Site Manager to oversee a re-roofing project in a live environment in Cambridge. Reporting into the Project team, you will manage 2 3 specialist subcontractors, coordinate deliveries through an active car park, and liaise closely with the on-site client. You will ensure works are delivered in line with programme, conduct site walks with the client, and step in hands-on where required.
Requirements:
- Proven Site Manager experience in live environments
- Strong subcontractor and client management
- Able to read and drive programme
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
- Must be based within c. miles of site with own transport
Details:
- Start: 19th October
- Rate: £250 per day
- Hours: 8am 5pm
