Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, start 12/10/2026, min 1 month

Start ASAP
Minimum 2-month contract
45 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
PAYE: 21.64 per hour, PAYE Umbrella: 28.17 per hour
Overtime: PAYE 32.46 / PAYE Umbrella 42.26 per hour
Double time: PAYE 43.28 / PAYE Umbrella 56.35 per hour
Tech-People are recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to work across 8 small UCLH sites, all within walking distance of each other.
The role will involve planned and reactive maintenance across the sites, with a strong mechanical/HVAC/M&E background required.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out planned maintenance tasks in accordance with SF20
- Complete allocated maintenance tasks
- Attend reactive maintenance calls
- Carry out general mechanical, HVAC and M&E maintenance
- Work across 8 small UCLH sites, all within walking distance
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to the required standards
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Mechanical qualifications
- Strong mechanical / HVAC / M&E maintenance background
- Previous experience in a maintenance environment
- Good communication skills and a professional approach

This position is PAYE Umbrella only. We cannot accept CIS or LTD company payments.
