Job Overview
An opportunity to join a leisure team delivering sports and leisure projects across the country. Based in Manchester, this role suits an ARB-registered architect with at least five years' post-qualification experience, proven leisure sector experience and confident project-running skills. You will lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages, coordinating project teams, clients and external stakeholders while applying relevant Sport England Design standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages
- Coordinate internal teams and external project stakeholders
- Manage programmes and agreed project milestones
- Lead client meetings and project discussions
- Apply Sport England Design standards to leisure projects
Skills & Experience Required
- At least five years' post-qualification experience
- Proven sports and leisure project experience
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
- Confident client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project running and organisational abilities
Salary & Benefits
- Up to 48,000 dependent on experience
- Work from home and early finish Fridays
