Thorn Baker Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and work hands-on across high-end properties in Rugby, with occasional travel to Droitwich required.

• High-end residential properties
• Based in Rugby
• Occasional work in Droitwich
• Long-term opportunity
• Hands-on role with responsibility for overseeing works

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman
• High-end residential experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction and finishing works
• SSSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Overseeing trades and subcontractors on site
• Working hands-on alongside the team
• Ensuring works are completed to a high standard
• Coordinating day-to-day site activities
• Maintaining health & safety standards
• Travelling to Droitwich when required
