Are you a Quantity Surveyor ready to take on more diverse projects and step up in your career? This opportunity offers a mix of responsibility, variety, and clear progression within a growing contractor.

You'll be part of a busy commercial team delivering projects across multiple sectors, with the support and structure needed to develop into a senior role.

• Occasional UK travel (typically once per month)

Key responsibilities

• Overseeing the commercial performance of active projects
• Producing valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts
• Managing procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations
• Assisting with tenders and early cost planning activities
• Liaising with project teams, consultants, and clients

About you

• Background in quantity surveying within construction
• Strong understanding of contracts and commercial management
• Comfortable working on high-value projects
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Open to occasional travel across the UK
