Quantity Surveyor - Aviation

Atheray Stone are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading project team working on the multi-year expansion programme at London Gatwick Airport.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile aviation and civil engineering projects as part of a long-term programme of infrastructure and capital investment works at London Gatwick.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play an important role in supporting the commercial delivery of projects across the Gatwick programme, working within a safety-critical aviation environment and alongside experienced project and commercial teams.

What We re Looking For

• Qualifications: Do you have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field? MRICS or CICES accreditation is preferred but can be supported if not already held.

• Experience: Have you worked in civil engineering, rail, aviation, defence, or other safety-critical sectors for a Main Contractor?

• Strong working knowledge of NEC3/4 suite of contracts. In particular ECC Option A.
• Skills: Are you proficient with cost management software (Oracle) and Microsoft Office? Do you have strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills?
