Area Supervisor (Gas Qualified)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Area Supervisor (Gas Qualified) to oversee day-to-day operations across a designated area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising field-based teams, coordinating workloads, maintaining high standards of service and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support operational and field-based teams across the designated area

• Coordinate workloads, resources and daily activities

• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards

• Carry out site visits, inspections and quality checks where required

• Monitor performance and address any operational issues

• Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety requirements and industry regulations

• Provide guidance and support to engineers and team members

• Maintain accurate records and complete relevant reports

• Assist with resolving customer and operational queries

About You:

• Gas qualified with relevant industry experience

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a gas, heating, maintenance or similar environment

• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations and health & safety requirements

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Confident managing teams and coordinating workloads

• Full UK driving licence

• Comfortable working across a designated geographical area
