Site Manager - Nottingham - 7 Days

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for short term cover in Kimberley, Nottingham, starting on the 7th of October until the 14th.

Project Details:

• Duration: 7 Days
• Scope: fire remediation upgrades and repairs both internal and external
• Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Proven experience managing similar social housing projects (desirable)
• Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works

Duties:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
• Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
• Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas
• Reporting progress to the project team

This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short term contract.
