About the Role

This is a nationwide role. You must be willing and able to work away from home during the week as required. RMLFS covers all accommodation and provides a staying away allowance and dinner money for all overnight stays.

Scope of Work:

• Strip and re-sheeting (metal and flat roofing systems).
• Liquid roofing, overlays, and patch repairs.
• Rooflight replacements.
• General reactive and planned maintenance.
• Working safely on live commercial and industrial sites.
• Liaising with in-house scaffolding teams where required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 x SSSTS-qualified Supervisor in the gang.
• All operatives must hold valid CSCS cards.
• Proven experience in commercial roofing.
• Must be able and willing to work nationwide and stay away during the week.
• Own van, tools, and full PPE.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety.
• Additional qualifications (desirable): PASMA / IPAF / Asbestos Awareness / Working at Height.

Pay Guide (Subcontract Basis):

• Operative Day Rate: £180 £220
• Supervisor (SSSTS): £220 £250
• Plus: Travel expenses / Accommodation / Staying away allowance / Dinner allowance for overnight stays
