Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead the safe and successful delivery of water mains renewal schemes across the Thames Valley region. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders, you'll coordinate resources, manage programme delivery, maintain strong health and safety performance, and ensure works are completed in line with project specifications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a key part in driving operational excellence and supporting the continued growth of our water infrastructure business.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and organised supervisor who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and delivering high-quality projects.

• Experience supervising utility, infrastructure, civil engineering, or water network projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements, quality standards, and site operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams while managing subcontractors and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent planning, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of water distribution networks and utility construction practices would be advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Water Hygiene, NRSWA Unit 10 (or equivalent), Cable Avoidance/Safe Digging, and First Aid certification.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
