Architect

This is a permanent opportunity offering 36,000- 45,000 per annum, with the chance to work across a varied portfolio of leisure, retail and student accommodation developments.

The position is based in the Sheffield office five days per week, so applicants will need to be within a suitable commuting distance.

You'll contribute to the design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors, working alongside an experienced architectural team throughout different stages of development.

Using Revit, you'll produce high-quality design and technical information while collaborating with colleagues, consultants and wider project teams to deliver well-coordinated schemes.

• Professional experience within an architectural practice
• Strong Revit proficiency
• Experience producing detailed design and technical information
• Good understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience across leisure, retail or student accommodation projects would be advantageous
• Ability to work from the Sheffield office five days per week

The position offers a salary of 36,000- 45,000 per annum, depending on experience, alongside exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects.

While a permanent appointment is preferred, contract candidates may also be considered where they are able to regularly attend the Sheffield office.
