This Estate Agency Branch Manager role in Abingdon is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent, Branch Manager or Residential Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career with one of the UK's leading property services groups.
Your Role:
As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Abingdon residential sales team and estate agency branch. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving residential property sales, achieving branch targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You will take an active role in property valuations, winning new instructions, listing properties and generating new business, while building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands-on estate agency management role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Estate Agency Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or Senior Estate Agent
- Previous leadership or management experience within residential estate agency
- A strong people leader with a passion for coaching, developing and motivating a sales team
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding property sales and branch targets
- Experience in property valuations, listings, winning instructions and generating new business
- Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven
- Full UK driving licence
