The Role:
- Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
- Repair and maintain occupied properties
- Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
- Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- CSCS card (blue) - desired but no essential
- Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving license
