We're currently recruiting for a Call Handler to join a busy property services team based in Finsbury Park, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and helpful service while managing a busy volume of calls and queries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of incoming customer calls
- Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues where possible
- Booking and coordinating appointments
- Liaising with operatives, customers and internal teams
- Updating internal systems accurately
- Managing customer expectations and providing regular updates
- Escalating more complex issues when required
- Ensuring all customer information and records are kept up to date
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Confident using computer systems and updating records
- Reliable and keen to secure a long-term opportunity
Previous experience in call handling, customer service, housing, repairs, maintenance, scheduling or a contact centre environment would be highly beneficial.
