Salary/Benefits: 180 - 220 Day Rate + Training & Benefits

Our client is a respected name within the Asbestos Removals industry, with a stronghold in the South East of England. They are seeking a switched-on and confident Asbestos Removals Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth delivery of removals projects, ensuring safety guidelines are adhered to and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the industry, and will be able to problem-solve and think on their feet. For the successful applicant, they are offering attractive day rates in addition to attractive benefits packages.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Asbestos Removals Supervisor
• Must hold a current Asbestos Supervisor Ticket
• Robust industry knowledge, including ARCA and H&S guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• IT literate

The Role:

• Overseeing asbestos removals contracts of varying sizes, including licensed and non-licensed projects
• Leading removals teams to ensure efficiency and completion of works
• Completing ASB5 documents and submitting correctly
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and advice
• Providing training and on-site support for Operatives
• Conducting audits on completed works
• Highlighting any issues on site and rectifying
• Liaising with third parties and suppliers
• Working closely with Contracts Managers and Directors to manage daily operations
• Preparing sites for clearances
• Training staff where needed
• Maintaining and building strong working relationships with clients
