Labourer Required

Location: Chesham

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourers for a site in Chesham.

Duties

• Perform general labour tasks including loading and unloading materials
• Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as required
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
• A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
