Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a busy site in York on a temp to perm basis.
Location: York
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: 42,000 - 47,000 per annum dependent on experience
Parking: Free on-site parking available
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and diagnosis on electrical systems
- Testing, inspection and repair work
- Maintenance and testing of emergency lighting systems
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
Requirements:
- 18th Edition qualification
- Strong fault-finding experience
- Experience working with emergency lighting systems
- Previous maintenance or facilities management experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
