3x Semi-skilled Labourers

We are looking for 3 x Semi-Skilled Labourers to join a large-scale industrial project in Southampton starting tomorrow 22/09/2026

Key Responsibilities

• General Labouring: Safe movement and distribution of construction and industrial materials across the site.

• Tool Support: Assisting trades on tools as and when required.

• Station Support: Helping out on various operational work stations to keep the project moving smoothly.

• Site Maintenance: Installing and maintaining 5S floor safety tape and general housekeeping duties to keep the site compliant.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card (essential).

• Previous experience working on large industrial or commercial construction sites.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately (tomorrow).

• Own PPE (steel toe-cap boots, high-vis jacket, hard hat).
