Mobile FM Electrical Supervisor - Northampton & the Midlands - Global Facilities Management Organisation

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical biased Technical Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management organisation.

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of FM maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, ensuring all planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring a strong maintenance background alongside the ability to manage engineers, subcontractors and client relationships.

  • Competitive salary up to 50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of M&E/Fabric Engineers across the contract
  • Plan, allocate and monitor planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities
  • Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and minor installation works where required
  • Ensure all electrical works are completed safely and in accordance with current regulations and client procedures
  • Monitor engineers' performance, quality of work and productivity
  • Coordinate subcontractors and specialist contractors
  • Ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales
  • Review completed works and ensure maintenance records and documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained
  • Support the Contract Manager with technical issues, reporting and operational requirements
  • Participate in an on-call rota where required

Requirements
  • Qualified Electrician with a recognised Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Previous experience in an Supervisor/Team Leader/Senior Electrical Engineer position
  • Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and fault finding
  • Experience supervising engineers and/or subcontractors
  • Full UK driving licence if the role involves travel between sites
