We are recruiting a tech-savvy Repairs Supervisor based out of a Romford regional hub to oversee reactive maintenance and void workstreams across an Essex and North East London patch.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Supervision: Lead, schedule, and direct daily workflows for direct labour operatives and multi-trade sub-contractors.
IT & Digital Workflow Management: Utilise internal job management software, PDA systems, and client portals to track jobs, audit completion photos, and manage variations in real time.
Quality & Performance Control: Conduct pre- and post-inspections to ensure repair works meet high quality criteria and hit contract KPIs for first-time fixes.
Health & Safety: Enforce strict health and safety compliance across all live properties, carrying out Toolbox Talks and RAMS audits.
Customer Care: Resolve tenant queries swiftly on-site to maintain high customer satisfaction across live occupied homes.
Requirements:
Sector Background: Proven history as a Repairs Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor within social housing, housing associations, or council maintenance frameworks.
Strong IT Capabilities: Essential. Highly comfortable navigating job scheduling software, Microsoft Office, tablet/PDA tech, and digital reporting systems.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of general building trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, roofing) and Schedule of Rates (SOR) coding.
Certifications: SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely alongside a valid CSCS card.
Mobility: Full UK Driving Licence to operate the company fleet vehicle across the Essex/NE London patch.
