You'll be involved in the day-to-day management of residential tenancies, dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and maintenance matters while ensuring properties remain compliant and well managed. Training and support will be provided for the right person, making this a suitable role for someone at different stages of their property career.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Assisting with or managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Dealing with day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments
- Monitoring safety certificates, inspections and property compliance
- Assisting with tenancy renewals, check-ins and check-outs
- Resolving property issues promptly while maintaining good landlord and tenant relationships
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous property management experience preferred but not essential
- Little or no property management experience will be considered
- Good understanding of residential lettings and tenancy processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised approach with good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Calm, professional and confident manner when dealing with people
- Full UK driving licence preferred
