Concrete Supervisor - Precast Concrete

Location: Colnbrook SL3

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee the production of precast concrete panels ready for dispatch to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production of precast/prefab concrete panels.
• Ensure quality, safety, and production targets are met.
• Manage and motivate production staff.
• Carry out inspections and ensure products meet specifications.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements:

• Proven supervisory experience within a concrete or precast concrete manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of concrete production, reinforcement, moulds, and curing processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Construction, Manufacturing, or related field.
• SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
• CSCS Card preferred.
