Deep Drainage Groundworks Gang Required Uckfield
Location: Uckfield, East Sussex
Rate: Negotiable DOE
Duration: 1 Year+
Job Type: Long-term contract
We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworks Gang to join a long-term project in Uckfield.
The ideal gang will consist of:
- 1 x Ganger
- 1 x Groundworker
- 1 x Groundworks Labourer
There is 1 year+ of work available for the right gang, so we are looking for a reliable and experienced team who can commit to the duration of the project.
Duties will include:
- Deep drainage and underground drainage works
- Excavation and preparation of trenches
- Installing drainage and pipework
- Working to levels and gradients
- Backfilling and reinstatement
- General groundworks and civils
- Working safely around excavations and plant
- Following site plans and instructions
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a deep drainage / groundworks gang
- Ganger with experience leading a groundworks team
- Groundworker with strong drainage and civils experience
- Labourer with previous construction/groundworks experience
- Machine ticket preferred but not essential
- Relevant tickets where required
- Full PPE
- Reliable and able to commit to long-term work
- References from previous groundworks projects
