Fabric Engineer - London
A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor who specialise in providing building maintenance and servicing have a key requirement for an experienced Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer to join their mobile team role covering sites within London and the surrounding areas
As the Fabric Engineer, you will be:
- Fabric Engineer will be mobile covering sites within London and the surrounding areas
- Fabric Engineer will be carrying out PPM's on electrical plant as well as completing basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU's, AHU's.
- Fabric Engineer will assist in completing reactive and repairs on mechanical systems and will also be required to carry out basic plumbing when needed.
- Fabric Engineer will be required to carry out basic electrical tasks.
- Fabric Engineer will be working Monday - Friday
As the Fabric Engineer, you will need:
- Fabric Engineer will need to live within a commutable distance to Central London
- Fabric Engineer with an Electrical or Mechanical qualification would be an advantage
- Fabric Engineer will need to have a "can do" attitude and willing to learn new skills
- Fabric Engineer will need experience in carrying out PPM's and basic reactive works on both electrical and mechanical systems.
Fabric Engineer will be paid up to 40k, dependent on experience + overtime + training + package
